The hotel is conveniently located next to Keystone and Breckenridge ski resorts and wonderful walking trails. It's perfect for accessing all ski lifts. The nearby KFC with short-order options is super convenient. It served as a fantastic base for my business trip.

Variety of food available in the restaurant. Functional and large rooms with two- full sized beds and Ac, for instance. Favourable and charming location in a good area and such beautiful area. Also, easy access to Kodi Rafting.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our ski trip, with several ski areas nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing all the basic amenities we needed. this hotel provided good value for money and the attention to detail was impressive.
The hotel could improve the cleanliness of the hot tubs, as they had a suspect green color and an unpleasant odor.

The room was newly updated, new bathroom, new furniture, appeared to be a complete remodel.
The hotel is still undergoing extensive renovation. Nothing there except 2 hallways of renovated rooms. No lobby, no restaurant, no services, no staff. Checkin was in a hotel room. There was no front door to the hotel, you had to enter through a side door in the parking lot. The hallways were a maze of construction. Of course, thats why the rate was relatively cheap.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room at the Ascend Hotel. The hot water in the shower was a welcome relief after reading other reviews. I'd recommend this hotel for its great value.

Comfortable matresses, nice tv
Hotel was under construction. Paper thin walls - had to listen to our neighbors tv until 12am. Already opened bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. were provided. Middle of winter and we got a sheet and a thin blanket on our bed - had to blast the heater at maximum all night. Parking lot was a mess - was not plowed and had room for maybe 40 cars. Couldn't find a parking spot and ended up walking a long distance. miserable hotel... would rather stay in a motel 8.

Good location - . Close to the I70, nevertheless quiet. Short distances to the ski areas Breckenridge, Keystone & Copper Mountain and other outdoor activities.

We loved the hotel's location. The food at the hotel was amazing. The Queen room had everything we needed. The check-in process was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located next to downtown, only a 20-minute walk away. If you're looking for a place to eat, we recommend Pho Bay II which is just a short 4-6 minute walk from the hotel.
